I've been using this desk mat every day for the last 10 months as I've been busy developing the brand and making sure everything is how I like it, and I love this thing. I would just advise that you keep sweaty drinks, (Coffee, soda, etc.) off to the side to avoid any markings. It holds up great; no rips or tears.
The design is extremely clear on finished product. It fits in a smaller space well without being too large or too small. Fits both a monitor with a circular base and a rectangular keyboard without overhang. Daily use for close to a year and I love it.

Care instructions - Use warm water and dish soap to clean spots off your pad. It's not necessary to soak the whole pad. For hard-to-clean spots use a soft-bristled brush.
